Henreich Ecija is a healthcare innovator with over a decade of experience in dentistry and dental technology. A GDC-registered dental care professional since 2010 and a PRC- board certified dentist since 2005, Henreich blends clinical expertise with advanced technology to improve patient care and safety.
He holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University, an HND in Dental Technology (specialising in Implants and Fixed-Prosthodontics) from Edinburgh College, and an MSc in Occupational Health and Safety from University of Portsmouth.
As the founder of a patent-pending AI-driven dental implant detection solution, Henreich is working to revolutionise how dental professionals identify implant components , enhancing efficiency and care. A member of the ISO Dentistry Technical Committee and BSI, he is committed to advancing global standards in dental healthcare through innovation and collaboration.

Victoria Reade, MBA, BSN, FRSA, is a trailblazer in healthcare with more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience as Founder/CEO across cancer treatment, women’s and reproductive health, and environmental ventures. As the CEO of SOS Imaging, she leads initiatives in women’s health and ocean research, while also founding XoVo Health, a UK-based reproductive health startup. Victoria’s background includes senior leadership role in hospitals, physician groups, and health plans, her core competencies are strategy, operations, fundraising, regulatory, clinical research, AI/ML, business development, and commercialization. A Fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (FRSA), Victoria actively advises boards and accelerators across industries.She is a judge and mentor for the Hult Prize which is the world’s largest student social entrepreneurship competition.

Currently, Clément is developing a GenAI meditation teacher app while also working on new patentable technologies. His diverse background includes roles across multiple countries, bringing a global perspective to TRS.
Clément holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Organisational Leadership from Penn State University, USA and has experience as an IBM Consultant. Based in Los Angeles, he also pursues passions in tech, fitness, and cooking.
Pablo Elgueta is an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions. With over eight years of expertise across fintech, crypto and cloud services, Pablo has led projects involving advanced AI architectures, chatbot development, and predictive analytics. His unique combination of technical knowledge and strategic insights, gained from his time at Microsoft and other leading firms, positions him as a trusted advisor for organizations looking to innovate and leverage AI to drive business transformation.
He holds an MSc in Data Science and Machine Learning from the University of Warwick, equipping him with advanced analytical and computational skills to solve complex problems in the intersection of technology and healthcare.
Thomas is a Qualified Doctor who Studied Medicine at the University of Nottingham and holds a GMCA from Cambridge Judge Business School. An entrepreneurial health-tech professional with a clinical background, Thomas brings extensive leadership experience across operations and product management. With a successful track record as both Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer, he combines deep expertise in clinical, regulatory, and operational affairs with hands-on experience in building and launching digital health products, including app and web-based services. Additionally, Thomas has a strong interest in AI-based health solutions, enhancing his innovative approach to health technology.
